Claims Investigations for Yacht Underwriters I have assisted with processing claims on behalf of many leading Underwriters, and have a good knowledge of the Marine Insurance Act 1906, the usual Yacht Clauses, etc. I provide a swift service to ensure your Clients are contacted rapidly after making a Claim, and assist them on Underwriters behalf. It is my intention to provide an outline report including a reserve Quantum within two days or less, and a full report in accordance with Underwriters' stated requirements. My local contacts enable me to make a rapid response when salvage or recovery is urgently required. When the worst occurs, I have access to several salvage buyers and will obtain bids for Underwriters' consideration. I will always be pleased to discuss Underwriters' and Brokers' requirements in person. |
